Frequently asked questions
How do I track my activity?
We can also post it to you! Just let us know.
How much do I have to fundraise?
We'd suggest aiming for around £75, but no matter how much you raise, it will help support those affected by mental illness.
You can join this virtual challenge that celebrates movement, in all its forms — walking, rolling, stretching, reflecting.
However you take part, you're helping change the way we think about mental illness.
How do I fundraise?
As part of the set-up process, you are automatically set up a fundraising page with us. You can share this online with friends and family and host in person events to contribute to your fundraising. We are always on hand to answer any questions, and will help you every step of the way.
Where can I get help with my fundraising?
We have lots of resources to help you maximise your fundraising, they can be found here: Rethink Mental Illness : Support for your fundraising
You can also email us at events@rethink.org
