Steps in September
Saturday 23rd AugI have decided to try and do something positive and try and help someone, anyone, even if only a little bit. Mental health is something I’ve suffered with for years, I’ve been on different medications which have helped and I’ve been in therapy for a year and it’s honestly changed my life and my mindset. It’s not all sunshine and rainbows, I’m still struggling but I want to be here now more than ever, I have become more resilient and I’m forever grateful to the professionals that have helped me along my journey and the friends and family that have been there through it all. Love going on my little walks so gonna try and raise a bit of money while I do it! 😌❤️
