Support Rethink Mental Illness – Help Me Make a Differences
Every one of us, at some point in our lives, will face challenges with our mental health. It could be stress, anxiety, depression, or something more – but no one should have to go through it alone.
That’s why I am going to walk at least 5000 steps everyday and on 25th September, I’ll be walking up Pen y Fan, They dominate the landscape for miles around, and make up one of the most recognisable skylines in the UK. At 886m, Pen y Fan is the highest mountain in southern Britain to raise awareness and funds for Rethink Mental Illness. It’s a small mountain with a big message — that mental health matters, and support should be available to all who need it.
Rethink Mental Illness provides vital services including support groups, housing, and practical help for people living with mental health conditions. They help individuals and families rebuild their lives with dignity and hope.
My goal is to raise £75, and every penny will go towards improving lives and supporting people on their mental health journey. This cause means a lot to me because mental health affects us all — directly or indirectly — and I believe everyone deserves understanding, compassion, and care.
Please support me on this journey. Whether you donate, share, or simply send encouragement, it all makes a difference.
Let’s rethink mental illness — and take steps, together, toward a kinder, more supportive world. 💚
