I'm fundraising for Rethink Mental Illness!

This September, I am taking on Steps in Challenge for Rethink Mental Illness - a cause close to my heart!

It is so important to have access to resources and support.

As someone who has struggled with mental health illnesses for years, having someone, anyone there to listen or give advice and help is so important. we all need someone at time and we all need to raise awareness to the support available to people who are suffering in silence.

Your contribution will help provide vital services such as support groups, and educational resources for individuals and families affected by mental illness.

Together, we can make a difference.

I'm fundraising for Rethink Mental Illness!

Sunday 24th Aug
for someone who has struggled with mental health issues for as long as she can remember, its officially time i start to show my support and do my part for giving back to charities that stand close to my heart. it's so important that there is help, services and advice out there that people can access when they are struggling and i think its important to highlight these in social media so no one feels like their struggling alone.
