I’m taking on the Dublin Marathon 2025 to raise funds for Rethink Mental Illness, a charity that works tirelessly to support people affected by mental health challenges.
Mental health impacts us all, and Rethink provides vital services, campaigns for better care, and helps reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness.
As someone who has worked at the intersection of mental health research, advocacy, and community-based initiatives, I’ve seen firsthand how essential organizations like Rethink are in making care more accessible and compassionate.
I’m running to help make a difference—and I’d love your support!

Race Recap: Fairfield, CT Half Marathon 🏃♀️

This past weekend I had the pleasure of running the Fairfield, CT Half Marathon alongside some of my best friends…such an unforgettable experience! Every mile felt like a celebration of the training, support, and memories we've built together.
The energy was great, the views were stunning, and the course-side entertainment kept the vibes high from start to finish.
Shoutout to our friends Monika and Chris for making it just in time to cheer us on as we crossed the finish line!
To top it off, we all crushed our personal records! 🎉 My official chip time was 1:56:32, and we're already eyeing our next race. 👀
