I am participating in the iconic London Landmarks Half Marathon to raise money for Rethink Mental Illness.

It is so important it is to have access to resources and support.

That's why I am taking part in this event - to help Rethink Mental Illness continue its mission of improving the lives of those severely affected by mental illness. 

Every donation counts towards my goal of reaching £350!

Hi, my name is Sian and i am running the London Landmarks Half Marathon to raise money for a cause that has a profound impact on me and those i love.
There is so much stigma around mental illness and those that suffer from this do not feel comfortable  enough to talk openly about their struggles, without recourse, this needs to change. Anything I can do to help people gain confidence to be heard, listened to and supported is a personal goal of mine.
