Mental Health Awareness - Every Mile Matters

I’m honored to announce that I’ll be running the Berlin Marathon in September 2026 in support of Rethink Mental Illness. 

Raising money for mental health is deeply personal to me. Years ago, mental health became a significant part of my life, and running quickly became the tool that helped me navigate it. It has saved my life in more ways than one, helping me breathe, reflect, regain perspective, and stay grounded. My mental health is something I’ve learned to be proud of, and words cannot describe what it means to me to run for a charity as impactful as this one.

Mental health affects all of us—myself, friends, family, and so many others. Through my own experiences, working with, and supporting others who struggle, I’ve learned how important it is to remind people that they are not alone. Everyone is fighting battles we may never see, and supporting a charity that works every day to eliminate stigma, improve services, and offer real, practical support is incredibly important.

Rethink Mental Illness is one of England’s leading mental health charities, providing vital services including housing support, community programs, crisis assistance, employment guidance, and more. Their mission aligns deeply with my own values, and I am truly honored to be part of their team for this marathon.
