I'm fundraising for Rethink Mental Illness!

In memory of my Sister Becky Allsop, I'm taking on this huge challenge of completing a full marathon (26.2miles) by far the biggest physical and mental challenge in my life.

My sister suffered with mental health for years along with myself. Many of us are going through the same battle or have experienced it before and this great cause is there to help people suffering like we have.

It's going to take lots training which will include going through some tough emotions but I'm determined to do this for myself and my sister.

l running all the way through the winter building up to the full distance enduring lots of painful days. I would be grateful to anyone who can help me along the way and donate to this amazing charity. It would be massively appreciated. Thank you.

15mile Run - New personal best

Monday 2nd Feb

Managed to run the longest distance of my life today (15 miles). Ran through lots of pain the last 5miles but kept going. A long way to go but heading in the right direction 😁

100 Kilometers in January complete

Wednesday 28th Jan

I've just completed to most miles in a month in my life. Cold wet windy dark weather with tired legs. A lot of strength and discipline shown to accomplish this. Training progressing as planned. Still a long way to go and a lot of hard work to put in...... got to keep up this momentum 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️
