I am participating in the iconic London Landmarks Half Marathon to raise money for Rethink Mental Illness.
It is so important it is to have access to resources and support.
That's why I am taking part in this event - to help Rethink Mental Illness continue its mission of improving the lives of those severely affected by mental illness.
Every donation counts towards my goal of reaching £350!

Training Update – 8km in the bag ✅
Friday 29th AugAnother step closer to the London Landmarks Half Marathon 2026! 🏃♂️
Tonight I got out for an 8km easy run and ticked it off the training plan. Pace was around 6:36/km, finishing in just under 53 minutes. Nice steady miles, nothing too crazy — just keeping the legs moving and building that endurance.
I’m slowly stacking up the distance now, getting ready for the big 21km on race day. Some runs feel tougher than others.
