I am participating in the iconic London Landmarks Half Marathon to raise money for Rethink Mental Illness.

It is so important it is to have access to resources and support.

That's why I am taking part in this event - to help Rethink Mental Illness continue its mission of improving the lives of those severely affected by mental illness. 

Every donation counts towards my goal of reaching £350!

Your contribution will help provide vital services such as support groups, and educational resources for individuals and families affected by mental illness.

✨ First Ever Proper 10K! ✨ I’ve done 10Ks before, Wolf Run, Mud Run, Hyrox etc, but never a flat-out 10K run. My only goal today was to get under 1 hour 10 minutes… and I smashed it with 1:06! 🏃‍♀️🔥 Honestly, I didn’t think I’d manage it, especially after just getting back from holiday…but I DID it. And I did it better than I ever thought I could. Feeling super proud of myself, and even prouder of the girls. We all walked away with personal bests today. 💪💖 Here’s to pushing limits, surprising yourself, and celebrating the wins big or small. 🥂✨

Yesterday I set myself a new challenge…to run around the park at least twice a week (or more!). 🏃‍♂️✨ I’ve never been much of a runner, but in the last two years I’ve pushed myself further than ever before. I’ve slowed down lately, but that ends now, it’s time to get back at it! After a recent run with friends, I rediscovered my love for being outdoors and felt that spark for running outside again. This 3km wasn’t easy, the steep hills definitely tested my pace and endurance, but I know consistency will make a big difference! I’ve never been much of a runner, but in the last two years I’ve pushed myself further than ever before. I’ve slowed down lately, but that ends now, it’s time to get back at it! I’m excited to push myself, build stamina, and see how much progress I can make over the next few weeks. 💪🌿 #runningjourney🏃‍♀️ #3kmrun #progressnotperfection
