My Berlin Marathon for Rethink Mental Illness
In September 2026, I’ll be running the iconic Berlin Marathon to raise money for Rethink Mental Illness, an organization that helps people affected by mental illness gain the support, respect, and resources they deserve.
As someone who has personally lived with depression, anxiety, and ADHD, and comes from a family impacted by mental illness, I know how vital it is to have access to care and understanding. My family is incredibly fortunate—we’ve always had the means to seek help and support one another—but so many people don’t have that same safety net. Rethink bridges that gap through over 100 community services, peer support groups, and campaigns that fight stigma and push for better mental health policy across the UK.
I’m running to break the stigma—because taking care of our minds should be treated with the same urgency and compassion as caring for our bodies. Mental illness doesn’t define anyone’s worth, and organizations like Rethink make sure no one faces it alone.
Every donation helps Rethink expand their life-changing services, advocate for fair treatment, and create a world where everyone can access the help they need. My goal is to raise £1,500, but my mission goes beyond a number—it’s about using my miles to spark conversations, build compassion, and champion recovery.
Together, we can make a difference—one step, one story, and one act of kindness at a time.
