I'm fundraising for Rethink Mental Illness!
During October I am participating in the Rethink Relay!
It is so important to have access to resources and support. That's why I am taking part in this event - to help Rethink Mental Illness continue its mission of improving the lives of those affected by severe mental health issues.
Mental health is very close to my heart, i suffered from really bad mental health issues. I know how it feels to be so alone yet have everyone around you. The struggles of getting up and going on the days you don’t want too. If it wasn’t for speaking out and getting support, i personally wouldn’t be here today. I still have off days but my life is completely different now all because i spoke out and really got into the dark parts of my head. ❤️
