I'm fundraising for Rethink Mental Illness!
Mental health challenges can affect anyone and everyone at some point in their lives and most of us have had a personal experience of this (whether we are impacted directly or indirectly through a loved one).
That’s why I’m taking on this challenge: to support Rethink Mental Illness in their mission to improve the lives of those living with severe mental health conditions — and to help break down the stigma that still surrounds mental health.
I’m aiming to raise £1,250, and every donation helps fund support groups, education, and resources for individuals and families affected by mental illness.
