I'm fundraising for Rethink Mental Illness!
On the 6 of April 2025 I am participating in the iconic London Landmarks Half Marathon to raise money for Rethink Mental Illness.
It is so important it is to have access to resources and support. That's why I am taking part in this event - to help Rethink Mental Illness continue its mission of improving the lives of those affected by severe mental health issues.
Every donation counts towards my goal of reaching £350!
Your contribution will help provide vital services such as support groups, and educational resources for individuals and families affected by mental illness.

Why do I run?
Wednesday 12th Feb Being diagnosed with Anxiety and Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) has made my life a challenge and some days really difficult but running has been my anchor and saving grace. Don't get me wrong some days I can't think of anything worse, but I know deep down it's what will clear my head and keep me driving forward. Getting the help I needed and finding running hasn't been the easiest journey but it's one that I want to share if it helps others.Thank you to my Sponsors
