I’m fundraising to support Rethink Mental Illness, because everyone deserves access to mental health support.
Mental illness affects 1 in 4 of us, and too often, people struggle in silence without the right support. That’s why I’ve chosen to fundraise for Rethink Mental Illness, a charity doing incredible work providing support, information, and advocacy for people living with mental illness.
By fundraising I’m helping create sustainable support in my community—ensuring more people get the help they need, when they need it.

I am gonna be taking on a challenge of a 12 hour litter pick across Salford and Manchester to raise money for mental health as this is something close to me and I think together as a community we can do this.
