I’m raising money for a cause close to my heart.

I am supporting Rethink Mental Illness because they are dedicated to improving lives of people severely affected by mental illness.

I would love your support and would like to ask if you feel able, to make a donation to my fundraising page.

The money will go towards providing information and services, and campaigning to improve the lives of people living with mental illness, their families, friends, and carers.

Thank you so much for reading this, and we hope you can help!

ICELAND MARCH 2026

Tuesday 27th May
Many of you will know me as The Walking man from Bristol- A name i earned through my previous fundraising efforts, walking hundreds of miles to raise awareness and vital funds for rethink mental illness. Ive experienced my own mental health problems from a very young age, and one of my lowest points, it was rethink services in Bristol that helped me get back on my feet. There support gave me the tools and confidence to move forward, and since then ive been determined to give something back.

Since 2021 ive raised £1,300 for Bristol mind that was my first trek in june 2021.....i walked 74 miles determined to walk 95 of the jurrasic coast but got an injury ...in june 2023 i walked 200 miles from newquay to minhead on the southwest coastal path and raised £1,080 for rethink mental illness, in june 2024 i done a tandem jump and raised £600 for rethink mental illness......then september 2024 i walk the coast to coast going through 3 national parks ......The lake district, the yorkshire dales, and the yorkshire moors....raising £1,200......onto a just giving page for rethink mental illness giving a total of £2,850 .......ive just finsished writing my book called "The Hardest Walk"....its my journey through out my life battling my own mental health you can find this book on Amazon from friday 10th october world mental health day!!

Now im taking on a brand-new epic challege :an-epic icelandic trec across wild, rugged terrain-all to raise funds for the same incredible services that once supported me. This journey is aboit more than just miles; its a reminder that recovery is possible, and that with the right support, no one has to face mental illness alone. If you can spare a donation, i'd be so grateful-every poind raised will help ensure others get the support they need just like i did.
