I'm fundraising for Rethink Mental Illness!

This May, I am taking on 100 Miles in May for Rethink Mental Illness - a cause close to my heart!

It is so important to have access to resources and support. That's why I am taking part in this event - to help Rethink Mental Illness continue its mission of improving the lives of those affected by severe mental health issues.

Every donation counts towards my goal!

Your contribution will help provide vital services such as support groups, and educational resources for individuals and families affected by mental illness.

Together, we can make a difference. Every Mile Brings Hope

My Updates

1st day 9 miles of the hundred in may

Thursday 1st May
I'm extremely blessed to have had a few sessions provided to me of physio due to some difficult to diagnose u juries namely so last year I had 3 sessions of physio starting in July I could have been a misdiagnosis of a genetic reflex disorder yet due to my circumstances and hypervigilance I had just worn down all the muscles around my hips and my feet were complete ketchup and potentially toenails from too much sardines fault yet after 3 sessions I learnt to rest and more importantly a ratio which is every ten kilometres rest for 7 yet what many wouldn't understand would be the rest must include stretching and also movement (How to inepret your own personal cycles) regardless being g that I need 91 more miles over the next almost 30 days 9 x 11 = 99 right so more or less . So organising this spring month of May around (20 days of 5 more or less with a 9 and a 3 km) becomes more fun to spice it up with the weather. Consistently taking into consideration the importance of recovery namely active recovery and in the meantime whilst resting attempting to get extended family to share the co tent etc with others. Appreciate the the hard work Rethink as a non discriminatory organization provide and always advocate to others to take part in these campaigns as its just a matter of getting started and I will always accompany someone to get going for this good cause. Great work 👏

Convincing my friend he still has a body

Sunday 20th Apr
Many have lost their bodies due to the negligence in information distributed due to voluntary amd involuntary administered antipsychotics. Even without such severe medications many would feel that pointing fingers at those that left them uninformed regarding how to turn around and help the drs and proffesionals who never make the claim life isna bed of roses for all. Turn around takes moving and the obese can't move well yet there is a glimmer of hope for my friend who I'm trying to convince that he should.partake in this 100 miles campaign with me as he isnstill in good shape and stop focusing on the past as it as will never leave you and people have got other things to do like watch Phil Mitchell. Ian beale is the highest paid actor in eastenders people don't forget them tears everyone forgets and at least wants to forget phils hand signals to deaf Ben his son (diabolical acting award). Ian Beale roasts all the tiktok tantrummers 100 miles.shano 1.month about 4 a day not a race they'll be a Peggy Mitchell waiting for u somewhere sir big picture #permeke100 #rethinkpermeke #lemonardy

Regardless I'm doing it,  and gonna try convince him so send him a sponsor or a message stating how.good it could be for him not me or share his campaign if he joins before Phil Mitchell gets the pay rise and Ian takes early retirement and your stupid tvs start clapping again when u need to be told it's time to laugh.
