Running for Rethink Mental Illness 💙
This year, we’re taking on the Berlin Marathon with a mission that goes far beyond the finish line. Our goal is to raise £3,000 for Rethink Mental Illness, a charity that provides life-changing support and advocacy for people affected by severe mental illness.
Mental health impacts us all — whether personally, through family, friends, or colleagues. For so many, the battle is silent, and the challenges can feel overwhelming. Rethink Mental Illness works tirelessly to ensure that no one faces those struggles alone, offering vital services, community support, and hope for a better future.
Running is something we love, it gives us focus, clarity, and strength. Combining that with a cause so close to our hearts feels like the perfect way to give back and make a difference. Every mile we run, and every donation made, helps support those living with mental illness and their families.
