Please read the following information on collections:

You must only use Rethink Mental Illness collecting tins or buckets with unbroken seals when collecting.
You must have your letter of authority with you at all times when collecting - this will be supplied to you by Rethink Mental Illness if your collection is approved.
You must not do a door to door collection
You must contact us well in advance of your collection so there’s time for you to receive the tins or buckets.
If the tin, bucket or collection is lost, stolen or tampered with in any way, please let us know immediately in writing and report it to your local police as soon as possible.
All collectors are representing Rethink Mental Illness as an organisation. We ask that no one puts undue pressure on anyone to participate in the collection. We also ask that collectors are polite and maintain the high standard of Rethink Mental Illness.
Always make sure you take the collecting tin or bucket to a secure location to count your total.
Collection tins must be opened and counted in the presence of a witness (someone that has agreed to be present when the collection is being counted). They can then verify the amount collected.
Collection tins must be returned to Rethink Mental Illness. The return postage fee must be paid by the person organising the collection.
